Hey fashion lovers!
If your like me, and have a strong passion for fashion (no pun intended), and want it to be apart of your workday, I have news for you...........
THERE'S LIKE 10 THOUSANDS OF BILLIONS OF MILLIONS OF JILLIONS OF JOBS FOR YOU!!! :)
But that's alot of typing, so I'm only gonna give you the 411 on 5 of them (sorry if I got you all hyped up).
1. Fashion Buyer- Of course it's # 1 (because it's my dream job haha)! Fashion Buyers decide what the store/boutique/company will and will not sell. They get to travel around the world, like to openings in Milan, or fashion shows in Paris (wi wi). Most importantly, you have to have a keen sense of style, and know what the latest trends are. So basically you get paid to say, "Next year all the girls will be wearing this, let's price it at maybe....hmm...$50 per unit, and I'll get back to you next week because tomorrow I'm going to Fashion Week in Spain." See what I mean, it couldn't get any better.
2. Fashion Designer- This job is actually kinda # 1, but I had to put Fashion Buyer first. A fashion designer plays the
most important role in all of fashion. If no one was designing the clothes, then we wouldnt have clothes, so we'd all be walking around....uck....nevermind. The funnest part of this job is making people get you cofee (well, ik that would be MY favorite part).
3. Fashion Stylist- OK, so you know that really cute shirt Selena Gomez was wearing last month from Forever 21? Well, I've got a secret....come in close.....
she didnt pick it out.....

But wait theres more! Guess who did pick it out? ....
a fashion stylist....

Fashion stylists are the reason you decided to wear those Jimmy Choo sandals you saw Miley wearing in
Seventeen, instead of the other ones. They are a photagrapher's love (if they pick out the right outfit). The whole fashion world revolves around what outfit they put on Justin Bieber (or others).
4.Fashion Model-
*strut, strut* Oh snap! Work it Girl! Is what you will hear everytime you hit the runway, if you choose this job. You've gotta be able to look totally rockin' in every outfit you put on. And you've gotta have your own unique personality. If you have all these qualities and your 5 ft 10 and your super skinny you could get hired on the spot
in a Starbucks. But dont let height and weight bring you down. You could sooo be the next Tyra Banks (who is short and has a little meat on her bones), as long as you believe in your self and never give up (Key elements to sucess in the Fashion Industry).
5. Fashion Boutique Owner- What in the world would we do without you? If someone never got the idea to make a
rue21 I'd probably have a heart attack (btw, went shopping there this weekend, got a really cute outfit). And future fashionistas could possibly be feeling the same about your boutique. You just gotta be a good leader and able to openly express your feelings.
Ok, that's it, no more. I've given you the inside scoop on 5 Fashion Careers, and if I haven't convinced you to be one of them, then I'll throw my computer across the room and get grounded for life, so if I made all of these jobs sound like a complete bore please dont tell me....
